Mike Neubacker, founder of the Downriver Chapter of PFLAG (Parents, Families and Friends of Lesbians and Gays) spoke Wednesday, October 21, 2009 to our Flat Rock Rotary Club.
Mike shared his personal story of being the father of a gay son. He also introduced our Rotary members to the mission of the PFLAG organization.
Mike is the Regional Director for the Great Lakes Region which includes Illinois, Indiana, Michigan and Ohio and also serves on the National PFLAG Board of Directors.
